WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY INFORMATION?

After I’ve received all your info, I’ll begin on your design and send a preview to your email for approval.

Once you receive your proof, you are allowed one (1) complimentary round of revisions to request any minor changes, such as color, typos and the-like.

Any additional minor revision (after the first complimentary round of revisions) will cost $5 each, unless a mistake was made on my part. This means if you forget to provide vital information and I have to re-design or make changes after the first round – there will be an extra charge. (Major revisions and/or design concept changes will cost more.)

*Revisions do not include changes to the overall design. If you want a new design, you will have to purchase a new design.

*Your complimentary round of revision will expire after 48hrs. You cannot save it for a later date. Edit Session:You will recieve 1 edit session. This means that you will have to carefully review your flyer send all edits in 1 email or text. Our team will correct everything within 48 hours and send it via email in a PDF and JPEG file.

Once you approve your design, I’ll send the final files (JPG + PNG) to your email and close the order.

Normal turnaround time is 3-8 *business days. This can increase during peak times, holidays, etc. I cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for any order. If you have a strict deadline, please order well in advance.
